Very simple. The charge for ground shipping is $6.95 for the 1st item, and only $4.00 for each additional item. These charges are less than our actual cost. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns
Our satisfaction guarantee and "terms" are old fashioned but simple. If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality of any of our products, simply return the item to us for a refund (shipping costs not included). You do not even need to call us. Simply ship the product to the address on your invoice via the least expensive method (usually post office), and attach a copy of your order with a simple note on it requesting a refund or exchange. That's it.....we don't care if it's worn, washed, whatever! If you're not happy....send it back for a refund or exchange. No questions asked...period.
Shipping Address: We are an internet marketing company, not a manufacturer. Our merchandise is generally drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer of that particular product. Return your product to the address on your invoice for fastest processing.
